The 2017/2018 Summer Sprint skill sessions begin January 2018. These are training sessions alternate to Shire Speed and Strength competition sprinters and endurance athletes.
Running is not the most natural thing you can do; it can be coached, improved and made more efficient.
Despite being the most common locomotive activity found within competitive sport, the practice and efficiency of running is almost entirely over-looked in the preparation of popular sports.
Football players, Hockey players, Soccer, general recreational Running enthusiasts will all benefit from learning to run more efficiently, agility skills will also be a part of the training sessions.
It is important that the skill of running is coached and installed in such a way that it stays with the athlete for the future and is exportable to all future expressions.
The training block consists of 15 sessions. Athletes are encouraged to attend all/as many sessions as possible.
